SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven inside sales rock star to join our rapidly growing team.  The primary responsibility of the SDR is to set appointments for the field sales reps and when necessary help through the entire sales process. You will be responsible for prospecting new contacts and help generate new leads. You will introduce our software and services to prospects through cold calls, conferences, inbound leads, and marketing campaigns. 

You must have experience with cold calling executive level contacts, maintaining a contact database, accurately recording meeting information, inside sales, working in a team environment and the ability to overcome objections.  The ideal candidate will have 2 years previous sales experience preferably in the software industry. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Location:

Denver with less than 10% travel required

Status:

Full Time

Day to Day:

  • Make 60-80 daily calls to set qualified meetings
  • Add a minimum of 20 new prospects weekly
  • Reach meeting goals
  • Assist with the sales cycle
  • Work closely with field sales reps to identify target accounts
  • Accurately maintain CRM information
  • Continuous learning of products and services

Qualifications:

  • 2 years of inside sales experience preferably in the software industry
  • Cold calling experience
  • Lead Generation experience
  • Comfortable speaking with executive level contacts
  • Proven success working in a team environment
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Bachelor’s Degree
