The Sphere team is seeking a Junior Software Developer. The Jr. Developer will have a strong, technically diverse background with a technically agnostic mindset.  The engineer will be directly responsible for development deliverables, and maintenance of high quality software components and applications. Jr. Software Engineer reports directly to the Principal Software Engineer.


Software Engineer With DevOps Experience

The Sphere team is seeking a Software Engineer with DevOps Experience. The Software Engineer will have a strong, technically diverse background with a technically agnostic mindset.  The engineer will be directly responsible for the infrastructure design and development of continuous deployment pipelines. The engineer will be directly responsible for development deliverables, and maintenance of high quality software components and applications. Software Engineer with DevOps Experience reports directly to the Director of Engineering.

Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven inside sales rock star to join our rapidly growing team.  The primary responsibility of the SDR is to set appointments for the field sales reps and when necessary help through the entire sales process. You will be responsible for prospecting new contacts and help generate new leads. You will introduce our software and services to prospects through cold calls, conferences, inbound leads, and marketing campaigns.  You must have experience with cold calling executive level contacts, maintaining a contact database, accurately recording meeting information, inside sales, working in a team environment and the ability to overcome objections.  The ideal candidate will have 2 years previous sales experience preferably in the software industry. Bachelor’s degree preferred.


Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a success-driven, highly experienced Field Sales Rep. You will be responsible for achieving set sales goals to reach projected quotas. You will lead pre-set meetings with executive level contacts who are interested in our software and services. You will give in-depth product demonstrations so you will need to develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge including all applications, technology used, integration process and current systems used by prospects. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience selling software and services. Candidate will be experienced in developing and executing in entirety sales cycles, including field level marketing strategies, sales forecasts, analyzing sales stats, price schedules, preparing reports on each step through the sale process. You will be responsible for the entire process from initial meeting to closure. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of software sales experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven rock star to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting directly to the Director of Analytics, the Systems Analyst is responsible for compiling information and interpreting performance of multiple categories. The Systems Analyst will provide timely and actionable insights based on facts and their observation of overall marketplace performance and trends. This includes making informed and creative recommendations, being proactive, accountable, goal oriented, and fostering effective communication that leads to clear understanding.
